Okay now i weigh 215-220 and im 6'1/ 6'2 i havent weighed myself lately, But im sick and tired of being over weight now i play football and im a team captain. My team looks to me when we have a monster on the line and we need a sack to get the teams morale up. I know linemen are suppose to weigh way more then anybody else im proud to be a linemen i wouldnt want any other position but my extra weight has to go. I was always skinny until i was about 8 or so when i stopped playing sports and focused on playing uo which was a huge game back then and still kinda is today but i have gotten back into sports and im on my off season right now and im going to weight lifting 3 times a week were doing straight legged sit ups with 10 kilos on our chests, inverted rows, push ups, front squats, over head squats, dead lifts, bench presses, military presses, and clean and jerks and i dont seem to be building any muscle that shows up i mean im getting stronger beggining of work outs i was only doing 45 kilos all together for my front squats im up to 80 kilos now and i have only about a month of real training. I know this is going on forever but i just want to put out there im a not lazy fat kid i do 3 different sports football, golf which doesnt take alot of working out but you know and wrestling 8th grade year im 9th grade now i weighed 180 at the start of 8th grade end of my two football seasons i was in school football and a optional league i weighed 200-205 if i remember right and now i weigh 220 and its not like i never had extra fat i have had extra all the way from 8 years old but now its just getting ridiculous i dont want to take off my shirt in public, I dont like to really even hang out with friends anymore im becoming a social misfit and i hate it please if anybody could just help me and give me tips on what i should be doing like i said i have weight lifiting 3 times week for and hour and a half then i workout at home on my pecs and thighs just to try and give my lifts some more weight and i just recently started to run 1 mile everyday i stopped drinking pop eating chips ice cream pop cicles fast food everything i eat fruit, Fat free yogurt, boneless skinless chicken breast lettuce with fat free or lower fat dressings and i follow the serving sizes i eat 4-5 times a day
