I just wanted to stop in and say hi. I am 45 years old and 6'5" tall. I am losing weight consistently on a program I'm on and pretty happy about it. I have dropped 15 lbs in the last 5 weeks and it has positively affected many areas in my life. I am actually helping family and friends to lose weight as well and that feels pretty good, too.
What I have come to learn is that it isn't a diet. Diets don't work. It's a lifestyle choice that makes the difference. If you do the right things 90% of the time, you will lose weight and even with a few pounds, you feel differently about yourself, and the way others see you.
I wasn't obese, but overweight and happy to say that I just got my BMI down to 25. Still have about 15 lbs to go to where I want to be, but getting there and enjoying the trip. Hope to talk to alot of you in the future.
