Hi Everyone! I spent some time today reading your posts and replies and it seemed like a positive place, so I just signed up. I have been losing the same 30 pounds for the last 10 years. I restarted my diet about 4 weeks ago and am down 13 pounds will 28 more to go. It is going fairly well, but the weekends are tough! My husband has a super high metabolism and it's hard not to join him in the pool on Sunday afternoon for a few beers! I thought I might be able to get some support here! I will try to muster the courage to post some before/current pics!

there's no reason why you can't join your husband for a beer while relaxing in the pool - just figure out how to fit it into your plan... no reason to deprive yourself of what you enjoy...

Do start ad iary - it's agreat place to get support and for us to get to know ou better

Mal is right, don't deprive yourself of what you enjoy! Just go with moderation and figure out how to fit it into your whole plan.

If you need help keeping track of what you're eating, fitday.com has a pretty good free food tracker.

If you haven't started a journal already, its a good way to go.
