New to forum

I've just signed up to the site, but I'm having problems navigating. Can anyone give a quick orientation?

Hey, am pretty new to the site too and I also had problems at first. But there's a link at the top left called Weight Loss Forum, and it leads you to all the rooms so you can navigate from there. Hope it helps.

I joined just a couple weeks ago, and never having used a forum before it was confusing.

One piece of information I wish I knew from the beginning is subscriptions! If you look on th left side under 'site navigation' there's a link called 'user cp' in there you'll see the subcriptions (which are the things you've posted into). Before I knew bout that I was searching and searching for the ones that I had posted into, and it was such a hassle. But it's so easy to check on the things you posted through the subscriptions. That's made my forum life a lot easier!
