Good morning all! New to the forum and trying to get the last 25 pounds off. What should I do?

first step- start yourself up a diary - it gives us a chance to know you better and gives you a place to record yur successes and challenges.

What are youo currently doing that's gotten you to the point where yu're down to the last 25 lbs

New from Maryland

I'm currently counting calories (1800 per day, advice from my doctor) and exercising 4-5 time a week (somedays twice a day). I've hit a plateau and don't know what to do. I'm thinking about adding a few more calories to my daily intake and see if that will change things up.
 
Ive heard that helps... but what works for me and a lot of people i know is kicking things up a bit.... i mean with some heat!!! Hot peppers; indian cooking are two ways to do so.

As a current marylander as well let me welcome you to the forums....In here you will find alot of advice so use it well. Congrats on the weight loss so far and Im sure you will be able to reach your goal
