Helloo All, Heres my story which is 80% diffrent than urs!

When I was younger I loved running and I was labeled the healthy kid in my family. Even tho I knew nothing of healthy eating,or if the amount I was eating was unhealthy or not. I only noticed when I went into secendary school and we were learning on calories. It was that moment it popped into my head. Forgot about calories for awhile beacuase it was so complex! but than I became OCD with it. Looking at every packet of crisps which one was the healthyest, even salt. Never did I count calories,or.. stick to a diet menu I planned. That it self made me feel "fat" .. not having "control" Now after my 3month binge and nearly a stone and a half bigger than I EVER was, I need to change fast and I feel I have more motivation than I ever ever did. I feel peaceful and happy I can do it beacuase cake, muffins, bread can't make me happy.. only for that X time. But just incase I need support or just going on forums helps.

NB: I do not Judge anyone, and hopefully you guys wont judge me, I know alot about healthy eating..

Hey there.

Small portions and lots of water, and no sugar/fatty foods were key to losing weight for me. I only eat 800 calories a day. :x

I am sure you'll lose the weight if you keep focused! :3

only 800!! that's surprising low. Im pretty sure its not healthy only eating 800 calories during a whole day.

It certainly isn't healthy, and nothing that I would recommend doing. You won't only ruin your health, you will also screw up your metabolism, and there's a huge chance that once you go back to eating 'normally', you'll put the weight back on and then some.

Nobody's judging you, pitypeace, ultimately, the choice is yours. But there are better, healthier ways of losing the weight that you want to lose, ways that won't damage your health. Give it a try, you'll be surprised!

.... I know alot about healthy eating..

Just curious, if you know so much about healthy eating, why then, in that one post you left, you said you were going on a 'starve yourself' diet. Anyone who knows alot about healthy eating knows that isn't a smart move.

how old are you???

Welcome to the forum :)

From what I've learned recently, you're never going to lose weight if you already think you know everything. Obviously you dont, or you wouldn't be where you're at :)

the best way is to have an open mind and to always stay healthy!

You can do it if you really want to :)
