Hi Im new to the forum. Ive been off the weight pile for a while but I used to train a lot while I was still active duty military. Trying to get back in to it. Need help getting motivated.

Diet: Whatever I can grab, Im looking for cheap easy ways to better my nutritional intake.
My goals are to get back in the swing of things and gain back as much good weight as possible. I miss the way I felt when I was healthy at about 230lbs. Its hard for me to put on weight though. HELP!!!! Nice to mee you all.
