I'm from Wisconsin and I work overnights. I'm looking for a place that I can talk to people online at any time of day or night, and also a place to educate myself and stay motivated.
I'm hoping to lose about 60lbs.
I recently joined a gym and I am researching meal plans so my energy level stays at a good amount for how much I work, without me gaining weight (ha ha)
The first gym I ever joined did a body fat analysis on me. While I didn't get the type of results I wanted from the trainers, they did give me a very helpful bit of info. I have 142 lbs of lean muscle and bone! So, the charts that have had me baffled for years, have less power over me.
So lovely to start meeting some of you!
