Hi my names Melyssa. I am new to all of this but i need to have "support" with my weight loss journey. my mom had gotten cancer couple years ago and she said that these forums and things helped her threw the hard times... SOO i am going to try it out! today is my first day of my "new way" of living... lol I've tried many and many times b4 to get this chub off but things just keep popping up and getting in the way. so i reached my mark of 200LBS and FREAKED!! I've never been heavier than 160LBS i have always struggled with my body but never thought in a million years i would get this big... SO today i started doing my elliptical, hip-hop abs and weight training... wish me luck!! and good luck to all of you!

Ask any questions that you want and somebody will come along and answer you.
Your mum is right about getting a lot of support from forums especially if you starta a diary in the diary section.
It isn't so difficult if you really want it and you seem to be off to a good start.
Thank you I'm am not for sure how to use the diary thing or were that is... but so far the work out stuff is going good 3 days in a row and today will be number 4... i see that you don't have much more to go on your ticker tracker congrats and good luck!
