new on here... trying to break bad habits

hello! i am new here and would like to lose 50 pounds. i have already lost 20 pounds (additional pounds to the 50), although i'm not quite sure how. i lose weight and then gain it back... lose, then gain. it's a constant battle. i never had trouble with weight loss until i had my third child... it's gone all downhill from there. i think my biggest problem is my habits. i LOVE LOVE LOVE to drink pop. diet pepsi is my best friend and is the only link to my sanity!! when i drink pop, i make bad food choices. when i drink water, i eat good. the problem? i hate water and love pop. i think if i can break my diet pepsi addiction, things will get easier. until then, i'm just going to yo-yo in my weight. i need to give myself a swift kick in the rear-end to get on track!
 
I hear ya on the pop thing...it's my big weakness. Just wanted to say Hi and welcome to the forum....Good luck!! :)
