Hi,

My name is Ian. I live in sunny Florida, USA. I need help with motivation and confendence that I can lose my weight. I want to join the US Army and needing the weight loss within 5 months. I'm looking at ways of losing it by running each day and eating healthier.


Currently I am about 60 - 70lbs over (I believe it's more).
I'm avrg of 5'11 & 270lbs


I also tell myself I need to lose the weight and I want to start soon but after the that day of wanting to do it, I end up not doing anything.


I hope this forum will help me a lot on losing my weight and I'll also use it as a log book to keep note and see how much I'm losing.
 
stop waiting for motivation and just go for it. Motivation comes after you see weight loss (honest!)

Good luck with the weight loss, make sure you read all the sticky threads and track your diet somewhere like on fitday.com :)
