i plan on doing weights 3 times a week, cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes!
So far today:
B-1 whole egg, 1 egg white with 1 piece toast with a banana
S-1/2 cup Uncle bens brown rice, chicken flavor
L-gree peppers, red peppers, mushrooms and chicken sauteed in some FF italian dressing. Some strawberries
thats where im at. I dont know what to eat for snack, maybe some fruit, dinner will be a HUGE salad, with LF cheese and veggies and maybe some chicken.
S will be a FF fudge pop.
Try to drink lots of water.
