I'm new to the forum, not new to exercise. I've recently entered a "Biggest Loser" contest and have really been busting my tail to lose some weight.
I'm 35 years old. I'm 6'2" 240. We recently purchased a treadmill and I have put 50 miles in, in 2 weeks. I run hills, sprints, intervals of all such. I've ate less, and slept well. However, I might have lost a pound, maybe.
My question is this, should I eat more because I work out more and will that promote weight loss. Will eating more calories help me burn more calories and eventually lose more weight?
Thanks in advance!
