:eek Thank you for welcoming me, I am trying to work off my post baby weight and I dont know where to start. I am 5'2 and 135 lbs but I am working to get back to my post pregnancy weight of 110lbs. Please help!

I would suggest starting with the nutritional aspect, since that is the largest component of the fat loss equation.
At your weight, assuming there is no previous metabolic damage brought on from poor dieting and chronic undereating, a good caloric intake for weight loss for you would be around the neighborhood of 1600 per day.
