howdy lady's and gentlemen, i'm 17 and i want to get more fit, and stronger, recently i've begun getting serious about off road motorcycle racing (dirtbikes), currently i am 60 kg (130ish pounds) and i really am feeling the strains after an hour riding at 80% i really start to feel very fatiuged, after a 6 hours race i can hardly stand and am sore for days afterwards.
so i need to get much fitter and stronger, hanging onto a 50 hp bike can take a lot of strength, flexability and endurence, i just have no idea where to start training off the bike.
anyone help a new guy?
