Hey,

My name s Robert, 42 from Washington state. I have been weight training on and off for years but just recently decided to make more of a commitment to it so I joined 24hr fitness. I'm no pro body builder by any means, just a person who wants to get into shape and look the best I can at 42 so I don't feel like an old fart.

My diet in the past sucked so perhaps I can get some good info here to help me out in that erea. I think I am making great progress but need to lose some extra fat. (I'm 6'0 220).

Well, thats me in a nutshell. I'll be around the boards.
