Hi everyone! My name is Lucy. I'm new on this website. I've never really done anything like this, but I feel like nothing else will work. I need support and my family and friends are just too busy. I am 19 years old, am 5'4, and weigh 190 lbs. I used to weigh 200 about 2 months ago but started working out and lost about 15 lbs. I went off of that diet/ workout routine and gained about 5 lbs back. I really need some motivation! I pretty much know what I have to do but some new recipes, motivation, and workout routines would really help! I just feel like I'm addicted to food. I overeat so much and I feel so helpless when I do it. I don't know how to stop. HELP!
