new member!!!

Hey everybody! I am 39, female and I work 12 hour nights. I am 5'8" and weigh 165, not sure what my goal weight is, but not comfy in my current skin. I feel that I could live a healthier life. I have bad eating habits, I rarely get hungry, but eat because it is time or out of boredom. any suggestions???
 
Just plan out your meals better i work construction and go to school 2 nights a weeks so i know all about bad foods to eat on the fly so instead of a big mac or whopper i go for a sub sandwich when that kinda need a dinner fast happens otherwise i plan everything out... eat a bananas instead of a snickers bar.. and eat good for u foods instead of junk and drink lots of water... Start working out..
