hello eveyrone, im a 20 year old male attending college majoring in Finance
Well entering my senior year at my heaviest weight 245ish at 5 foot 10 ive decided i want to make some changes, ive been working out at least four days doing a mix of cardio (running, ellipitical) as well as lifting weights.. ive been trying to diet somewhat, but have not been to well, but have improved my diet compared to this summer. However have not seen any results, was hopefully joining this forum to find some help and advice from others who have been in the same situation as me!!1
