I came here in order to lose weight ( yes of course this is everybody's reason -___-' ) and I need support 'cause I can't lose alone...

Welcome to the forum.

I suggest that you get a free account from and start logging both your food and exercise.

Study the nutrition section and set targets for the different nutrients in your diet - e.g. protein, fibre etc and check in fitday how you are going with both calories and nutrients.
