*New Member To Fitness.com* (Answer My Question)

Ait...So...I have a problem. I work out. I jog, I do weight training...Also abdominal work...Push Ups...Chin Ups...Pull ups...And I also train for boxing.

I'm not overweight...I'm at about 125lb...And about 5'7.
My chest is built nicely...my arms are built as well. Since I jog miles at a time...My legs are solid.

...My problem is this...Even tho my body fat is low. My stomach is always bloated. It feels like there's a buncha air inside. Even if there is nothing in my stomach...As far as me eating...It's still inflated.

I want a flat stomach. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there some type of medicine I can take? Do I have to go thru some Cleansing program? I need some help on this one. I would appreciate any tips.

Considering your personal stats, have you considered:

Some exercises that train:

Transverse abdominus

The deepest muscle of the abdominal wall. The transverse abdominus basically "wraps" around the front and side portion of the abdominal wall and attaches to the thoracolumbar fascia in the back. The transverse abdominus reduces the diameter of the abdomen or "flattens" the belly.

Go here and read the entire information.

TESTOSTERONE NATION

And, this is assuming you do not have any "abnormal" physical complications or other internal health problems causing this.

With this in mind, it is possible with solid constructed fitness training (and diet) you could improve your current problem

it might be water weight perhaps?

It could be because your not eating enough, im not really sure, i aint felt like that.

If it bothers you whilst training/working out, go see your GP.

Best thing to do i guess.

Does it just look bloated at the bottom?
If so then it could be a problem with your posture, too much curvature at the base of your spine can cause the bottom part of your stomach to push out and look bloated

Ima young Male.

I drink a lot of water...Couple bottles daily. The posture thing helps somewhat.
But there still some inflated feeling.

Ima look into those abdominal exercises too. Thanks for the replys so far.

P.S. It doesn't bother me while I work out. It's just something thats been annoying me when I check my appearence.

I am being very careful with my advice, because of your stats. 125lbs, male, and 5' 7" seems (at least prematurely on the surface) underweight. This is about 40lbs less than I currently weigh, at twice your age, and at the same approximate height.

What would possibly assist us more would be your previous diet and fitness trend up to todays date. A lot (besides gentics and your initial youth growth) of your current fitness condition has to do with this history.

Are you inclined to post any pics?

Best regards,

I'll try and post some pics.

Some history- I've never been really fat. I've just had a little extra fat. I would say that around last summer I weighed like 135lb. I went down to 120 around March but it wasn't stable. I'm guessing that sometimes I would weigh myself with a stomach full of water. So I just say that I'm about 120lb.

My diet-No poison...Really means no Fast food...No Soda...No candy...No fatty foods...
Of course every now and then I eat something negative.

I eat a lot of fruits...Cereal...I drink Soy Milk or Reduced Fat Milk...AND A LOT OF WATER.

Ima edit this in a min...for my exercise routine.
