New member - support needed

Hey guys!
As you can tell I'm a new member and i REALLLLLLYYY need support from as many people as possible, and I promise to do the same for you.
I now I'm only 16, but i need to lose some weight (the healthy way) so i can fulfil my dream of walking on international runways and being the world's next top supermodel. My main problem with my weight is that i diet, then i binge etc. It has been going on for years....
I'm not fat, but i need to lose at least 4 inches off my bum, so i can have that 35inch bums which modelling agencies prefer. I need to have the perserverance and motivation skills, which i'm hoping, you guys can help me with.
Last week for the first time in months, i managed not to binge during the weekend (as i stick to diet usually from Mondays-Thursdays, then binge on friday, saturday and sunday), but i binged today (tuesday) because i'm home sick, dead bored.
I usually binge when i feel happy about something or when i'm dead bored. Therefore i need you guys. I want to be signed up to an agency before i'm 17. Please i need your help :)

Ok. Let's start from the top.

Height and weight and 'goal'

Follow that by what do you typically eat a day. You want to lose weight from your rear but you can't spot reduce. The only way that will reduce is through normal weight loss and time. There is a factor of genetics in this.

Height: 168cm
Weight: 62 kg
Ideal weight: 55 kg?? (maybe - i have 38 inch bum and want to get to 35 inch, so i'll keep losing weight till i reach that - i know i can't just lose weight off my bum, but i also need to lose a bit on my waist and love handles.)
On a good day i'll eat:
Breakfast - porridge, banana, green tea
Snack - apple
Lunch - soup, salad, seed biscuit, fruit
snack - yogurt
dinner - whatever parents prepare (chicken, fish, pasta etc.) Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
on a bad day, i'll binge when i get back from school on bread, jam, chocolate..on anything really.
I've pretty much healthy, i just need people to help me perservere! I do cardio type exercises (which i made up - star jumps etc. routine) on monday and wednesday (should technically do it on fridays, but can't be bothored and never have the time), and on tuesday i do yoga, on thursday i do basketball at school and i rest in the evening.
