Hi guys
My names Anna, I'm 21 (female, obviously!) and I weigh about 14 stone. I'm only 5'5, and my weight has slowly been climbing in the past year from a nice 12 stone to this. I have horrible tummy flab, massive 46 inch hips (even though my hips are super-large when I'm toned.) and a double chin with wibbly arms.
I smoke, I don't like the taste of water and I suffer from anxiety which means gyms are problem for me!
I've cut out all the fat, sugar and over-carbs from my diet, and am sticking to lean white meat (grilled, no skins) and fresh boiled and grilled vegetables with the occasional spot of brown rice to bulk it out a little.
Now, I have a question.
Is it worth me trying to go to a gym, or simply buying a crosstrainer to use at home? I know I'll use it, because it's expensive and it's in my house and doesn't mean I have to work up the courage to go to the gym, I can do it from home!
Also, I can only do low impact for cardio, because I have screwed knees.
Any help/suggestions?
I really need more motivation!
