hello people 
I'm a 5'11" male, almost 30 years old now. Currently 230 lbs. Have not been below 200 lbs in the last 10 years. In 2008 I went from 220 lbs @ new years to a low of 198 @ october. By Xmas I was at 215 or so and havent been able to get below 215 since

I am relatively active, but you could class me as a couch potato. Lately Ive noticed being winded by just walking up 2 sets of stairs while packing somehting heavy. I do have a 8 month old lab which needs lots of excercise so now that winter is ending I should be able to get myself out of the house more with him.
My problem is I overeat, and eat at bad times of the day. Rarely do I go to bed without having a big bowl of cereal after 9pm. I know I will regret eating it after Im done, but that doesnt stop me. And Im not even hungry for it, just a boredom thing
