Weight loss plateaued/hasn't moved?

I am a 21 yr old girl. 5ft 3 and weigh 65kgs (143lbs)
I've been seeing a trainer and he got me started eating paleo.

I lost about 14 lbs in the first 4 weeks but now it's stopped moving.

I'm on target to be 60kgs in 2 weeks to get my BMI into the healthy weight category, so I need to lose 2.5kgs each week

Exercise wise I play tag rugby every Monday for an hour, and am in the gym 2-3 times during the week.

What can I do to get my weigh loss up and going again and why did it start to slow?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
Plateaus are a normal part of weight loss. Healthy weight loss is generally considered to be up to 2 lbs per week. I know at the start of weight loss it is possible to loose more (normally water weight). Your body might just be adjusting to your new routine.
