New Member- My Name is Mo - 25 years old

Hello, I am a 25 year old male. I used to work out 5-6 times a week (from 18-23), but for the past two years I have only been going once a week. Eating unhealthy and a lack of exercise have made me gain 22lbs of unwanted fat and I have lost a lot of muscle. So, I have decided to get back in shape and i believe that this site is a great motivator. I spent a few hours and i am impressed with the dedication and enthusiasm of the community members.

I will post my before and after pictures, with every decrease in 10 lbs of fat. Currently I weight 202lbs and I am 5'10, my goal is to reach 180lbs. My Girlfriend of 4 years is in excellent shape, and I think it is high time that I get back in shape. Honestly, when I weighed 180lbs I was confident, energetic and way happier. Take care.
