Hello im joining this forum to help me stay on track and hopfully get some good info. My main issue right now is im 6'4" and 380 lbs ill pause for a min... yeah im big way bigger than i ever have been i was walking around at about 320 which is still more than oli want to weigh in at then my wife got pregnant and i pretty much sat around we ate out and a year later here i am boom. So i make the choice to get going i start jogging/walking and lifting about 8 of my frienfs and i start play vollyball on the weekends and after two weeks POP!!! Im looking at knee surgery for cartalige damage and possible ACL injury depending on what they see in the MRI. So my problem i need to get some weight off and dont want to get lazy in the days coming up to the surgery and then after as i rehab my knee i want to keep training and dropping pounds without injuring myself so any help or advice well be great and i look forward to seeing you guys around the forums.
