New member looking for help and advice

hello,
My name is Del, I have always trained, whether it has been running or wieghts but I want to now take my training to the next level.

i am 30 ish, 5' 9'' and weigh approx 180 lbs.

I have always sported a bit of a gut which i have never seemed to be able to get rid of no matter how much i train.

If any one has any good info or recommendations to help me burn off my gut and put on a little bit more muscle.

Hope some of you comment and help me out.
