Well, I came across this site today and decided to join. I just started my weightless journey for like the 800th time lol. I really think this time is going to be different because I'm not looking at it as a diet or workouts I'm actually trying to make it more of a lifestyle change.
I'm not sure how much I weigh because the bathroom scale only goes up to 300lbs and to be honest I don't really care what the number is. I'm just going to focus on getting a smaller pants size and feeling better so I can actually do things besides sit around the house.
Next time I come across a scale like at GNC or somewhere I will weigh myself but I know I'm somewhere between 300-400 lbs. Give me time and I will get the pounds off and be a healthier me.
