new member, junior member & senior member question

I'm trying to figure out why some people who joined after me are junior members and I'm still a new member- also, someone who joined in June of 2008 is still a new member.. what's the difference with all of these?

another admin type question........is there an easy way of checking the posts that you have made to see if people have replied after you rather than checking every thread?

Ben, whenever you post, you automatically are subrcribed to the thread you posted in, whether it's your thread or someone elses. Click on "user CP" on the upper left and you will see all of the most recent updates of any subscribed threads.
