hey, im new here and im really confused on some things, i dont know if this is the appropriate place to post it or not but i hope i can find some answers!
First, Im Approximatively 230lbs, i say this because somedays im 229, some days im 233, and other days im 237, it changes a lot aha, i am 6'2 ,18 years old, half way to 19. I played junior varsity soccer, Ultimate frisbee and a bit of rugby. I just recently started going to the gym, i go about 4 times a week, i dont do any cardio work i mostly just do weight lifting, and the odd bicycling or run. Also, i have a very awkward body, my bottom half of my body is all muscle, and my arms are all muscle, the only fat on me (and theres a lot of it) is my torso (Stomache/Love handles/Chest) i just am writing this to give you a little info on where im at.
Now for my question, I REALLY and i mean really, need to get rid of my side/Chest and stomache fat, However, i dont know how to go about doing it, because i dont really want to lose size more just gain muscle there. Should i be doing cardio work to reduce the fat there AND weight training or will just doing weight training fix my torso to be not so flabby and more muscle. Also, What is some good training e excises to get rid of my boobs, they are the main part which make me look overweight, its really embarrassing, the stomach is hide able. Also, i do have spinal problems which makes me slouch, so i guess that might be adding to the problem of me looking overweight.
Oh and another thing, the muscle IS there, Under the fat, i can flex mostly everything to make them hard, like my pecks and my stomache and my sides, but when im not flexing its just fatty again, i really need to know how to tone them to look normal
