Hello Everyone.

This is the first time I've ever used a weight loss forum, but I'm willing to try anything at this point. Currently, I'm trying to lose about 20lbs which isn't much but as most of you know, it's the last few pounds that are the hardest to drop.

So, here's some info on me...I'll be 28 in a few days, I'm 5'5 and weigh 140lbs. I'm not terribly unhealthy, but my biggest problem is 1) getting motivated to work out and 2) finding time to workout! I have a long commute to and from work, so it's hard to get to the gym after traveling for so long. All I want to do is get home to cook dinner, hang out with my husband, clean my house and go to sleep. BUT I've decided, I have to lose this weight and in order to do so I have to workout no matter what. So, I'm going fight though it and start going....I'll let you know how it goes.

just a suggestion

:seeya:Just a suggestion which worked for me when I was smaller like you - Try cutting out all dairy and yeast based foods/liquids for 1 week. Eat only meat/tofu and veggies/fruits. Try flavored tortillas in lieu of bread. No alcohol.
This may help to reset your thyroid which helps to control your metabolism and will boost the "burners" in your body. It is harder than it sounds, but you'll be surprised at how well this works. It is worth a try and it cannot harm you in anyway. If you need to attack a sweet craving, I recommend Chocolate Soy Milk - Tastes exactly like a Frosty from Wendy's without the fat calories.
I will be doing this diet again in 2 months after I am done breastfeeding my baby.
No matter what- Good luck and I look forward to reading how you manage to reach your goals :)
