I am a 42 yo female/wife/mom who is really disgusted with how i have let my body go. I have ate crappy, and been lazy. I can't believe how much weight I have let myself gain. And I am ready to do something about it.
But I really need help in the diet dept. I just have such a hard time knowing what and what not to eat. When to eat this or that and what not to eat together. I am a person who gives up pretty easily so I need to know what i'm doing to avoid frustration.
Currently I am 130 lbs. which I have never weighed except when near giving birth. ugh! 5 ft tall and not a muscular person. I dont' gain muscle well at all. But cellulite is no stranger lately.
I would live to get rid of fat and gain muscle.
Ready to change my body!!!!!!!!!!!!
