Hello everybody!
Wow I am so happy I found this forum! I need advice in losing weight because I want to lose 30 pounds. This is what I do: Barry's Bootcamp Complete Workout System (at home) in the mornings and I run on the treadmill in the evenings (at home also), usually about 15-30 minutes because I'm just starting to work out again. I used to go to the gym. That was hmm, about 2 years ago. I stopped because of the time I consume just getting there. Am I doing it right? What else should I do or what can I add to my workout?
