Don't let my registration date fool you. I registered over last summer and never really came back to the site.
So, I am a new member here and just graduated college, so one of my goals is to lose my college weight. I am a 22 yr old male, whose now at 235 lbs. I had gotten down from 240 to 225, but I slowly went back up after I started eating really just pizza, drank alot of beer, and was locked out of the gym.
So, I just got an evaluation with a personal trainer, who developed a routine, which I will now start doing. I am currently at 28.1% body fat, so my goal is to get to 15ish%, meaning I'd need to drop down to 190-200ish.
I will be keeping a diary, so I look forward to virtually meeting everyone.
