Hey there
I stumbled upon this website on google, and I'm really glad I did. A little about me: I'm a female 19 year old college student and I really want to change my life around. I currently weight 150lbs and for my given height and weight, I should be weighing around 115 pounds. I am proud to say that I lost 5 pounds in the last month! But that's only because I was visiting a part of the world that's really hot and you can lose weight by just sitting in one place because of the heat. I've been always planning to lose weight, and I get extremely motivated for a week (getting up early, working out for 2 hours, eating healthy, etc) but then one day I just wake up and all the motivation vanishes. It just disappears as if it was never even there. School starts in 2 weeks and I don't want to start the school year again as the girl who has to wear a jacket over tight fitted clothes so people can't see how fat I am. I want to be fit and lean. I know this metamorphosis won't happen in 2 weeks, but still it's a start. I really lack inner motivation and I'll be honest, my parents don't really motivate me either.
I'm about to start my journey today (it's 5:30 am so as you can tell, I'm already starting out okay, haha). I'd like for you all to be part of this journey with me. It's always better to have people by your side rather than going on down a strenuous and hard road by yourself
Today is the day I'm putting my foot down. No more planning on losing weight, I'm actually going to go do it and work for it this time until I'm happy with who I am.
I'd love for anyone to give me suggestions, comments, or just words of kindness and motivation
