New Member from Texas

Hi everbody! I just joined the site and wanted to say how much I'm enjoying it. I'm a 30yr old guy from Austin, Texas, and I've been working out for 3 1/2 years now (with a 4 month break due to injury).

I quit smoking 5 months ago, and I've unfortunately gained 14 lbs. since I quit. I'm looking for advice on eating healthier, increasing my cardio routine (both in intensity and variation), slimming my waist, and getting some ab definition. I've always wanted a 6-pack!
