NEW MEMBER...eager to learn

Hi fellas! Im mos, 23 from louisville ky. I joined this forum to help my workout a lot better. My goal is really not to bulk up but to gain lean mass and functional strength that I could use playing basketball. Thanks! im 5'11 currently at 187 lbs. I measured my body fat around at 15 - 17% with a body fat calc. My goal is to lower down my BF down to single digits but maintain muscle mass as well.

I started out around 210 lbs and ive already lost 25 lbs in a year with a strict workout routine.
