New member, but not new to the gym.

Hello,

First off my name is Marco and I am 18 years old attending a community college in San Diego. I first starting my fitness crave the beginning of this year. As a New Years resolution, and attempt to get more comfortable, I decided to lose weight. I started at 6'3" 238 pounds. In three months I had got down to about 210, fluctuating anywhere from 205-212 lbs. I had set a goal to hit 200 lbs before I graduated, but I never got to it. Summer hit and I didn't go to the gym as much. I would eat a little unhealthier, and just not be as active. I stayed at my weight of about 205-212 without watching what I eat and being active. Now that I am down in San Diego and have a gym 2 minutes walking distance, and a beach 15 minutes away, I want to finally hit that 200lb goal. I feel like I owe it to myself.

I hope to gain lots of knowledge on this forum, and finally hit my goal after many months overdue.
