hi everyone i am new to the forums and currently sitting at 5'6 and 226 lbs. i have started going back to the gym last week and have been doing strictly cardio. About 50 minutes on the stationary bike and about 30 minutes on the eliptical. i haven't really gotten into a strict diet plan. the only things i have been doing is cutting down on my portions, not eating late at night and completely cutting off on sodas. what i want to know is if i am over doing it on the cardio and if i should be including some weight lifting exercises. i am strictly trying to lose weight, maybe back to my 200 lbs or 190 180 lbs zone so any tips would be greatly appreciated. ive been really enjoying reading up on all the threads and stickies on the boards but i really wanna get some personal tips
