New life, New goals.

Hi:)
My name is Lilly and I am new here. I am 18 years old and right now I weigh about 198. I have always been overweight. When I was around 13 I lost about 20 pounds on a diet the whole family went on. Ever since then I have gained all the weight back, and then some. I am graduating high school on June 14th, and am very excited to finally start my life as an adult. I am changing a lot of things in my life; one of the being my weight.
The only problem I have when it comes to weight loss is my motivation. I have the hardest time sticking to things... especially diets. I have no idea how to help this problem. I really want this time to be the time that works, but I know my motivation will get in the way of this. I am not quite sure why I can't get motivated, because I feel motivated, but as soon as I start the diet, "ohh, I can wait one more day," or "I'll run this fast food off tomorrow," goes through my mind.
So I really hope that this forum helps me to stick with my new goals. Hopefully I can reach my goal as soon as possible. :)
 
Hi Lilly, I'm new as well.
From my previous experience, results are the biggest motivator for me!
If you can stick with something just long enough to see a difference-even in the way your clothes fit...you'll just want to keep going with it! Good luck on your journey, chica!
