so im about 5'3 and weight about 174.( i lost 3 pounds in about two weeks) any how im new here and am really happy that i found somewhere to go to for help and support. my goal weight is 140-150 and i really want a good lean body. i also just started on a diet supplement called Meltdown and will let you all know how it works. im going to browse through some posts and read through some more.
