Hi everyone. My name is Faida. I have just decided to that I really need to lose some weight. I'm getting married in December this year and I need to lose 35 KG before December. I've been on a soup diet for two days now and I've lost 1.5 KG so far. Wish me the best. Please give me any tips. Thanks:smash:

Welcome, but don't eat just soup!

Hi there. Welcome and good luck on your journey to get fit by your wedding. I would just encourage you to learn to eat a variety of healthy food - not just soup. I lost a lot of weight, and it was important for me to eat like a regular person so I could maintain the loss. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding.
 
Eat something else than soup dear.. and the 1.5kg in 2 days is probably mostly water. ^-^;

Eat 500 kcal less than maintenance. Burn 300-500 at the gym 3-4x week. Loose 2kg month. 35kg by December is unrealistic in my opinion.
Anything faster then 2-3 isn't recommended and won't be permanent as your body won't like it and make you gain it back just as fast. That's called yoyo dieting. Next time you yoyo diet, it'll be harder, and harder.
Only long term changes in habits and diet work. Tons of tips on this forum, make sure you use them.

Note: feel free to correct me. I'm no all knowing scientist =p
