hey names Glen, Im 19 Ive lost 105 pounds from 265 to 160 and im back at 180
(not muscle though) =(

so i thought i join to get advise!

Good job on the initial weight loss. What were you doing to lose it? What has changed since then that has caused the 20 pound gain?

Look at what you are eating, and how much... and how often do you exercise? These may be key factors why you've put 20 back on... getting lax in your exercise and/or dietary habits can cause the weight to creep back up.

There's a lot of excellent information in the stickied posts throughout the different sections of this forum. I highly recommend reading through them... you may have a lot of your questions answered within, and it may spark more questions for you to post.

Starting a diary in that area is also a good tool for some... it helps to give you accountability. As does a site like fitday.com where you can document and keep track of what you eat and the caloric intake, plus a good idea of calories burned on a daily basis.
