Hi Everyone,
Well I have been lurking in these forums for a few years now, and I finally have decided to come outta hiding! I feel like I already know some of the regulars here, just by the constant reading I do of most posts! Anyway, I am not new to fitness, but a bit new to strength training. I have been a cardio maniac in the past, but am now starting (for the past 3 weeks) to incorporate strength into my routine, and boy, can I see a difference in my body, balance and strength!
I am in the process of trying to adopt a more clean eating lifestyle as well. I have a tendency to be an obsessive person, and I will go balls to the wall on everything I do, including eating. Ill do really great for a long period of time, and then totally screw it up, and say "oh well" and keep screwing up on cheat days. I hope this place will be a good one for support during those tough times, and I hope you guys can answer any questions I have, and provide advice and motivation for me as well! I will be starting a fitness journal as well, so I can hold myself accountable for all the good, and bad things I do! Nice to meet you all!!
