new here

I posted over in the women's section but figured I may as well post here as well :)

I'm Cherie, married, mom of 1 son (15 in a month) and I recently joined a gym and hired a trainer and am working with him 3 times a week. I'd like to drop some weight and get into much better shape. I've found that I LOVE lifting weights - I never thought that would happen. I'm a web developer so I spend WAY too much time hunched over my desk each day. Going to the gym is a great stress relief as well as a way to get my blood flowing and heart pumping. Finding out I am actually good at the weights was just a nice benefit :)

Anyway, looking forward to learning more about this and getting to know others here.
