Hello everyone! I am new here. I found this site about a week ago and love it. I love all of the support that is given to other members.

I am 6'3 and weigh 265 pounds. The heaviest I ever weighed was 304 back in Nov 2010. I have lost 40-50 pounds in the past Just to put it back on later on. I got motivated again last July (weighed 285) and started dieting and exercising again. I was down to 245 inn October but gained 20 pounds since then. I told myself I was taking a break during December to enjoy the holidays. I am back on track and have my mind right. I bought a home gym at the beginning of the year and started working out/running again this past Monday. My target goal is 215 by the end of the year. That is my realistic goal, but would love to get to about 200.

Welcome! I also love this place for the support. It sound like you're off to a solid start. :]

If you think it would help you, I'd recommend starting a diary in the diaries subforum. There are a lot of wonderful people who frequent that subforum often.
 
Thanks! I have read a few of the threads in the forum and think I am going to start one Monday! That way I can organize everything I want to write and keep track of and start off at the start of the week.
