Hi. My name is Jessica. I'm 19 years old. I'm 5'3 and weigh 205 pounds. I gained all the weight from a medication called, Zyprexa. I used to weigh 117. Now, I'm on a different medicine that may gain weight (Remeron) and I need to start before I'm far gone.

My days usually consisted of me just basically eating and sleeping all day and all night. I suffer from bipolar depression, and I find it hard to find motivation. I make good plans to do so, but I end up giving up after a few days. :(

Today, I tried to start focusing on losing weight again. I forgot what I had for breakfast this morning, ate Japanese for lunch, and a ramen cup for dinner. I going to attempt to make 6pm cut off time for food. Drink more water. Doing more daily activities instead of sleeping like cleaning the house, swimming, and walking. Today, I walked about 1.5 miles to the store (took about an hour) and went swimming. So I guess that's a start.

I live unhealthy. I eat out all the time and sleep all day.

But I plan on walking more and swimming more and not eat too much....(I'm on my phone and if wouldn't let me finish my post. Lol.)

Hey Jessica! I know it might not be for everyone, but I found logging my calories really helped me realize I was eating way more than I thought I was. I use an app called My Fitness Pal (totally free) and it was an eye opener.
