Hello! I've tried weight loss and toning a few times but I've been very busy studying so it's been difficult to get into. But it's summer now and I have every intention of getting fit! Whilst I'm not overweight, I am unfit and do have some weight to lose. I need a community like this to keep me motivated. I'm currently running ~2 miles per day and I'm on day 3 of the 30 Day Shred. Hopefully I'll be sticking around for a while. Nice to meet you all.
