Just wanted to say hi to everyone! I'm 36, 141 pounds and I'm struggling at getting healthy and fit again. I have an awards dinner for my husband's company at the end of January so that's my motivation right now. I want to make him proud to have me by his side 
18 months ago I was at my goal weight of 118 and was feeling really good. I was eating great, fitting into sizes that I haven't been in in 10 years. I was teaching low glycemic classes and practicing what I preached. Fast forward to now....I stopped teaching the nutrition classes about a year ago. I started doing marketing for a restaurant and 'trying' all the food and it just started a chain reaction of eating lots of processed grains, fried food, and sugar. I'm not drinking nearly enough water, I'm bloated, tired, and out of shape.
I joined a new gym a few months ago and have yet to go more that a handful of times. I'm big on making excuses and I need to just break that awful habit. I don't want to get down to 118 this time, I want to build more muscle so I'm not making a weight goal. I just want to get rid of this fat on my body and have smooth skin again.
I know I can do it since I've done it before. I just need the right motivation this time. Thanks for listening and I'm looking forward to being here and reaching my goals
